In the past, it depends on the tv station. But DPP has kind of 'wiped out' the non-pro-DPP TV stations so it became this way. Maybe some forummer more into Taiwan politics can gave some insight on this.

Green Party is pro-independence and the KMT is pro-ROC and against Taiwan independence
