Lukashenka recalled that at a recent meeting with the secretaries of the Security Council of the CSTO countries, he said that Belarus and Russia would think over a plan of action in the current situation in the world. And if such a plan is developed, " partners will certainly join ."

Very simple just rope in the middle eastern countries where almost all have a grudge against the US to form a coalition. Even in Africa also dun like US a lot. Basically US has quite a few enemies in this world. Gather all those countries and form a coalition. Hoot them gao lat gao lat for what they did to so many countries in the past!
