While I don't with Sentinel on a lot of things, this is something that I agreed with him..
The whole situation could have been better managed, but task force chose to go for their agenda first, before getting more people vaccinated regardless of what vaccine they took.
Imagine if in Jul 2021 (roughly around that point task force say Sinovac no data yet) task force allowed people to take Sinovac as well (even if they don't open up to all, at least open to those who can't take MRNA), that few % increase in vaccination is still better than nothing.
Yet, task force hold until Nov 2021 before allowing people to take Sinovac. There are a lot of unanswered questions here:
1) Before Jul 2021, how much data did Sinovac submitted to HSA? 0%, 10%, 50%, 80%?? How much data did HSA reviewed?? 0%, 9%, 49%, 79%?
2) From Jul - Aug 2021 (based on HSA, Sinovac submitted additional data during that period), how much more data did Sinovac submitted to HSA? 100%, 90%, 50%, 20%? How much additional data did HSA has to reviewed that took them 2 months?
