Durian: Most places, 3 for $20

If Mountain Cat can fetch a much better ; why do durian farmers want to plant D24, red prawn etc that fetch lower pricing in the market?

No idea. To me, most of them look similar, green or brown.

If you call them to pick, they will choose a good but small one.
If you pick yourself, you don't know the quality.
The best is, you pick yourself but they open. Not ripe, they put aside.

The diff lies in the texture and taste I was told. But to pay high premium just for that is debatable. E.g Iike to eat carrot cake and chwee kway with cai po but as they get more expensive I don't eat liao

I talk to durian seller he say $10 per MSW coming just wait.
