I expect them to make rules even for complicated. Dine-in rules, 2 pfizer + 2 moderna, or 2 pfizer + 1 sinovax, or 2 moderna + 1 sinovax, or 2 sinovax, or ... and the list goes on.

why come for such meeting, important ?
can used zoom. why they come then we change rule to cater them. gov no accountability . still dare to participate in this function. Hope all get the covid after attending.

Cut the crap If GKY wants to give them exception for free interaction over and above what locals can do, then please isolate them and ensure they don't come into contact with the public.
Don't always impose all kinds of restrictions on local while allowing foreigners all the freedom and exception.

No matter how much govt try to explain, they will not be able to convince people that this arrangement make sense..

The goodwill had all been used up..

So it didn't help that selected privileged few are allowed to dine in 5, but the rest look on from far and they can only dine in 2...

Gan Kim Yong explains 5-person dining in rule for Bloomberg forum.

Local Singapore citizen don't bring business. Whose FAULT?. Local citizen no power to change n kena force to dine in TWO.

1 month ago, OKY quickly changed from dine in for 2 to 5 when the infection number was stable.

Now, I know why OKY was so keen and fast to change from 2 to 5.
The purpose of dine in for 5 is to sync with the Bloomberg forum.
Unfortunately, the infection surged, OKY had to change it from 5 to 2.

The changing of the dine in policy is influenced by incoming international VIPs to Singapore.
If there are more foreign VIPs coming to Singapore, the govt will change to more persons for dine in.

Actually I agree with Ah Gan on dis dispensation for dis delegates. Read btwn the lines, what he is saying is these ang mos tio Covid iz not our problem since they fly back home liao. They pay to have a good time, so let them have it. Win win for all [except those local workers who catch Covid from them].

Those foreigners who attend the forum should be tested for Covid-19 viruses it must be carried out before the forum begins and  not after the forum, cos if tested after the forum, the damage may be done, and we get Covid-19 variants from the forum attenders.. crying
