It looks like the property sector is a big drag kn the China economy

Perhaps the govt can try the following:
1. Bring forward mandatory retirement of senior management by 5 years. This allows quicken succession and opening up of junior positions to new blood.
2. Create venture fund for young entrepreneurs to tape on so that new sector or new growth can occur for matured industries.
3. Job sharing instead of 996 culture and provide public housing to ease burden.

Third world china is collapsing. Their failed economy already produce the world number 1 unemployment rate LOL!

Many ah tiongs have no jobs and are lying flat like losers. What a sad state of affairs.

It is structure problem arise by graduation of Degree or higher diploma after increasing intake in last 5 years
