Simple - Jap military expansionism propaganda was justified to fight the White AMTK, which had colonised most of Asia.  When Jap invaded Indonesia in 1942, which was a colony of Dutch, they exploited Indonesian hate against their colonial Master...But unlike the smarter Chinese, the Indonesians were (again) fooled by foreigners, this time by the Japanese, believing they are came to "liberate" the Indonesians.

There was no "Indonesia" in 1942 when Jap invaded...it was a Dutch Colony
