that TPY police station site is quite say spacious. Private developers can build additional blocks than the opposite GEM at TPY .
No need to say , surely got developers bid this land partly want to go Braddell MRT can walk to it.
also there are coffeeshop, market , hawker at TPY lor 4 there just beside this former police station.
Condos and bungalows for foreigners, HDB for sinkies....no wonder so many kumgong sinkies wanna buy condos to catch up with foreigners.
