PAP gov want foreign talents but dun want foreigners to be accountants and auditors so to check their assets? They only want kai nang to check their assets and accounts?

No leh .. you see Ahbutt so proficient in auditing or even FRS .. can give his expert opinion even when auditors got it wrong. So accountancy where got challenging lol
