in fact quite a lot SPF cases now a days are solved by review the Police cam around the neighbourhood etc.
I stay in HDB also got a bit " condo feel " got security cam at staircase and lift.

Actually the MOST important is , SPF has to make sure the Cam is 24 hrs , 365 days working.
