keep saying he is NOT parking. and double yelllow line dont count, coz car is "in between" - selfish prick.. in other words admit you arein the middle of the road

keep saying he is allowed coz he is PHV waiiting for passenger. warden ask him to wait furthur down he refuse
then keep saying he is NOT parking , he is waiting..he is sitting in the car

there's a LTA standee in the middle of the road saying just that and he said. is not next to his car, so he is waiting, NOT parking.....

its a narrow road. once cars drive in and driver still there, some cars will end up reversing
thats the point of the signs all over

just because its a "space" doesn't mean its ok to park/wait

there is a reason why the "space" is left as a "space" - so that cars can make 3 pt turns etc

so dont PARK AND WAIT in that "space"

if really as mot drviers love to argue - its ok can park and wait
then you dont think URA would have added more parking lots to the "space" and collect $$$ while you park/wait??????????????
