It is obvious that SLA give him favourable conditions because he's their boss. But this is not so easy to prove.

I don't want to question what the process should be but whether the process is followed in all bidding.
When developers bid for land if they go below the reserve price ...are they given the reserve price? Yes or No?
If the answer to above is No doesn't it mean SLA deviated from its own bidding process for Ridout.
Shanmuggan should be asked the above questions which are his favorite style.of qns.
