Msia no such law but Spore has means alot of such cases happened so parents need protection using law.

phone scam, internet scam is the fault of telco. why did they allow the connection?

just cut off all connection to individual from ip outside of singapore. allow phone users to specify accept local call only or up to 100 name caller. must provided free for old people.
