President Lukashenko says Ukraine is planning something "serious" ahead of the NATO summit in Vilnius next week.

He added such a move would see Ukraine destroy its best reserves and bury its own military capability.

The summit in Lithuania is set to take place on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Belarusian President Lukashenko said Prigozhin, the Russia's Wagner paramilitary group, is in Russia city of St. Petersburg not Belarus as originally agreed. The raise questions about the purported deal brokered by Lukashenko last month that ended the group’s short-lived armed rebellion. 

Prigozhin was meant to be exiled to Belarus after abandoning the revolt and he hasn’t been seen in public since June 24, when he left southern Russia.

Russian state media released footage allegedly shows police raid on Prigozhin’s office residence in St. Petersburg.
