And one of the most influential US political scientists, Harvard professor Graham Allison, clearly tells the Washington Post newspaper: if Ukraine does not show a significant result during the summer, it will have to sit down at the negotiating table with Vladimir Putin in the fall. Western countries, including the United States, will also push to the negotiating table.
