How can China help them to make some countries financial market collapse. They always use the same trick, spike the rate causing other countries to financial collapse then they will use their USD to buy those countries valuable assets.
This round with China intervention(从中做梗）, this trick did not work as plan but rate hike still manage to rob some countries $$$ but did not make those countries financial collapse.
