Cluster bombs...

Cluster bombs are a weapon "on the border between conventional bombs and landmines". Delivered by planes, artillery or missiles, they open into the air and release up to 100 submunitions or 'bomblets' over a large area. As such, cluster bombs inflict a “salt the earth” approach to war, a method of sowing destruction so complete and thorough that they render the land too dangerous to reinhabit. Cluster bombs destroy the land it landed on.

Just dump all the cluster bombs and orange agent onto White House. Let them experience it lah.

Looks like a scotch earth weapon to destroy everything so that nothing is left for the invaders.   

Ukraine if use on their lands later cannot plant food already....if drop into river cannot catch fishes if drop at backyards cannot plant beautiful flowers....

May be they planned to drop them in Moscow.  

Ukrainians most productive cereal farming is in east including Donbass, Crimea and Mariopol
This means the Russians largely have control of the most fertile regions.
So when Kiev start using the US cluster bombs, these areas will be suffer the most.
