Both the driver and the cyclist are at fault. Of cos, the driver will be at fault legally cos he's supposed to stop. Many drivers nowadays dun stop. I hope he'll be punished severely and be served as an example.

spore civil n moral education is an 8 ,p 9 is failure.
ccs have to do sth to introduce more school time for these 2 subjects
spore education system only emphasis on grades n grade but not on being a person with dignity love filal piety respect
Some sch use these class times to teach other examinable subjects, especially maths and languages just before psle.
