when sth happens once it will come the 2nd time
the 3rd time is on the way
Means karma can be late but will not miss appointments.

Actually, this is not the correct definition.
道德经 already written very clearly.
一生二，二生三，三生万物。
3 already means infinite.
It doesn’t stop at 3 lah.
