I suspect Iswaran is pushing for high COE, why?

1. High COE means high income for LTA

2. I suspect the rich and powerful wanted high COE so that cars are only for the separate group in Singapore. I believe the powerful have given Iswaran a time frame to jet up COE. The idea is to leave the roads in Singapore for the elite powerful rich people only. 

therefore, prosecution of Iswaran will disrupt LTA directions and may leads to the COE decline.

coe price is more like supply and demand.

a way to look forward to price movement is the traded transferrable open cat coe. if asking price start droping means no one buying and price droping.
