I always feel is " kinda true " come Whistle blower within Public sectors/Stat boards or " outside "
they like " see people one also " if one got influence , or got status one go report. They will not ask much as long you provide Evidence to proof.
Come common folks go , Will ask Tons of questions EVEN you show evidences.

Every month, how much is collected from COE?
How much is given out for road construction, MRT construction, etc?
Airport, aircrafts, etc. etc.!

2. Contractor
3. Vendor
4. Top executives one rank below

CPIB reported to LHL on May but Iswaran was told to go on leave on July. Why the lapse? Guess is for CPIB to investigate without alert the suspected party (s). Must have already gathered some concrete evidence in July to act pending further investigation/ questioning.
If not during his time in MOT then maybe related to his time in MCI?
