4G is very cohesive already.

Singapore needs leaders who are empathic to their people..

Our 4Gs are all chasing after KPI or power..

Have anyone of them lower their themselves to the level of common folks, especially those that struggled to feed the family due the COVID period, and understand what they are facing..

What the 4Gs did was just to throw money to solve problem, and hoping that the problem will go away..

Cohesive leaders who only protect themselves.

So far, none of the MIW nor any Army Generals have diverse skills. In fact, they lack most skills that Managers have including budgetting, forecasting and planning.
