FYI Iswaran so call On leave also is Paid leave for sure base on Civil services so call terms come paid leave , un leave etc.

Partly PM just claim Iswaran on leave . He never clearly stated is un pay leave ? or ?

So base on what he claim , is Paid leave partly in the sense he still a " question mark got commit offence or never " as still been investigate by CPIB.
