Bukit Timah has always been a flooding area since I lived there more than 30 years ago. Very big problem with going to school when there's rain. It has improved in recent years but in my opinion not good enough.

Maybe in 2017 they dug 10m...thought enough.....then 2018 dug another 10m....then in 2019 covid stop project, then 2022 dig another 10m....still not enough, now still digging....DIG ah DIG.....
