Military has been dominating the politics in Thailand since a long time and a few PMs got removed in military coups, the military has strong support from the king…Pita (a newbie) wants to reform and get rid of the monarchy, he steps on the red line , he will never be the PM as he will not be able to get more than half of the votes from both upper and lower houses as upper house MPs will vote against him.

More protests and chaos are underway, without a revolution and support of the military generals nothing will be changed.
