If miracle really happened, moi don't sexpect them to become populists to rob reserve and bankrupt red dot, just stop doing callous thing to further increase hardship of ordinary peasants like raising GST when global inflation ish at all time high this kind of give birth to chewren with no buttock acts ish can liao.

The reserves built up by this current government are not for the next government to dip happily as their own.  The PE is holding the second key to prevent the drainage. The next government will have to build on the reserves if they were to give money to the citizen at the same magnitude as the current government.

One of the best lines I heard from a movie years ago was... 反清复明不重要，清也好，明也罢，只要人民过的好，清或明没分别。
A good govt is never measured by whether they give out goodies or not. I rather a competent govt that enable the people, masses not just a few elites, to become so successful where everyone is looking out to help others in the society. Ie nobody needs any govt handout, gst rebates etc.

money also come from the people, pap never give using their own money. taxes we paid them, then used that as a source to return a bit to us.
