A passenger who was injured after her taxi got into an accident sued her cabby - and was awarded more than S$300,000 in damages today. 

The judge said she had "greatly exaggerated" the extent of her injuries.

Ya lor, both driver and passenger to be fine and demerit points leh... And she can sue and win against cabby? 

Like this hor, all cabby should freeze until passengers all put seatbelt. Meter can continue running while waiting. All can drivers better ref to this case from now on.

So rich can go sue...
