SSG said there were large discrepancies between the number of hours attended by the trainees and the number recorded on attendance sheets. Some trainees said the signatures on the attendance sheets were not theirs.

One trainee said she attended two half-hour sessions at a coffee shop, while the attendance sheet stated she attended 47 hours of training.

The agency has also counterclaimed against CBLD to claw back about $793,000 in grants it had earlier disbursed to the company.

This is the flaw I was talking about...Skillfuture is like an abandoned baby...give birth already nobody take care.
CBLD is well known in the market. The problem is the people she recruited came from the Stat Board. Their typical self - Entitled attitude is totally a misfit for the private sector.

All these freaking courses, mostly common sense and obvious stuffs,  only benefit the trainers and organisers.

They are highly paid. Earn very well with least effort.
Those discrepancies in attendance records and the claim of forged signatures are serious concerns. It's crucial for training programs to maintain accuracy and integrity.
It's interesting to see SkillsFuture taking action to recover grants disbursed to the company if there's evidence of wrongdoing. These situations emphasize the importance of transparency and accountability in skills training initiatives.
For anyone looking to further their skills, HRDF claimable courses can be a valuable avenue to explore. They provide opportunities for personal and professional development in various fields.
Even the teachers are not getting their pays. LATE terribly
