Tour De France is in Singapore!!!

This is for real in my last round island cycling I am stunned to see Singaporeans on $30K-$50K bikes with power meters and gear used by Tour De France participants ..problem is they cycle slower than me despite spending the money....my old Indonesian made  Polygon bike still serves me well

The person who brought this in is he/she free from corruption?

Should make them cycle around the NUS area with slopes. These pros shouldn't be cycling on flat ground. Plus less disruption from road closures.
