So grassroots organization don't have any corporate bank account correct? This is to cut cost is it? That is why for those incidents they monies briefly go into the staff own personal bank account but quickly withdrawn out to reimburse correct? I wonder why choose the cheque approach cannot use electronic fund transfer approach? Each cheque cost 20 cents leh means taxpayers pay for that cheque in the approach.

Short a55 should do the right thing.
