The doctors are paid very low in pulic hospitals esp the polyclinics as compared to private hospitals.

Just increase doctors' pay in public hospitals and polyclinics and all will be solved.

Yes too! Radio news and newspapers also published and announced it that many health care workers resigned and many annual leaves cannot consumed finished and "makan" by HR.

Not everybody wants to Ancash their annual leave, not everything can be solve by using money as the prime mover.  The quality of life is more important for others...

Usually those young new one with no family yet resign la because of low pay. They just need more bonus.

Also many resign to join private medical sector i think because demand is heavy at private side and better working life n pay.
