But, sad to say that it is those that talk the most are the ones getting the credit.

To me, Chan CS seems to the WORST among the whole lot of 83 Ministers. 

Even last year, he can say that they only want Qiuality but how many F. Trash are deported?  20,000 or 200,000? Actually NONE. It's just Talk Cock and Wayang only.  

They cannot be TRUSTED unless they can circumvent with concrete action and TV news.

PAP Ministers are over- paid yet cannot be effective in their policies.
