Now a days all these so call KPI is " Useless "

Ridout saga , etc already shown u , " DOUBLE STANDARDS " not following strictly to the regulations, rules and order.

IF opposition do , PAP will say that not following the KPI

if PAP do , they will claim " about doing things in reality sometimes cannot just follow so strict "
