I am sick and tired of Nasi Padang and other hawker food. Walk one round and buy beef redang nasi Padang for my maid and buy raw materials from wet market to cook CKT.

I cook CKT in this manner:
Put a bit of oil, because the yellow mee and kway teow are mix with a lot of oil, n chopped garlic. Stir fry until fragrant. Add chilli paste.
Add yellow mee and kway teow.
Add fish sauce, light, dark and sweet soya sauce. Also vegetables like tau gea or chye sim. Add chicken stock or oyster sauce depending on taste.
Fried and toss pan adding a bit of water until cook.
Add cockles (pre immersed in boiling water and shelled) and turn off heat.
Your yummy CKT is ready to be served.

Yummy.

Wan tan noodles or claypot rice.
