someone has hacked into my pc or mouse problem ?
I got this problem before after I terminate the touch screen the mouse is in control again. Try terminate the touch screen feature

If is wireless, can be interference by nearby electric equipment
Remove and reinstall mouse driver. If problem still persists, could be virus or any of the possibility mentioned here

The arrow sometimes moves slowly at times speedy till cannot be seen.

Mouse moves by itself will be a real mouse lah.
Sometimes it is very difficult to explain.
Just let the residual current fully flushed out. It will back to normal. Very common problem for high dpi pc mouse.

That's how remote IT Support works. They can take over your computer but you need to let them in. Then you can just sit back and let them do what they need to do, and your can see your cursor moving here and there, clicking this and that.
Hackers work the same way and that's how your money is transferred out.

except the keyboard and the keypad

a USB 1 TB disk as DAT machine is 500GB to store dat image in
u know bootup from a bootdisk and install dat 1TB disk
from there create dat image 500GB
