for heaven's sake lah bus company, do you guys do ANY research at all or entertain FEEDBACK ?

more and more tourists are talking service #36 alll the way to airport and seats are being used for luggage.... 

.....wheelchairs, PMDs  etc have to compete for space with luagge

the 4 seats facing each other.
taken by by the tourists and their luggage...

seriously why not run bus 36 with a bus where luggage can go under the bus???????????

This bus normally isn't very popular. Don't need to stand. It's the tourist in white t-shirt in the photo who is inconsiderate by blocking the way with his luggage.

actaully i usaully get #36 weekdays around 1045am to 11.15am to suntec and quite often there are tourists with big luggage already on the bus

In Taiwan they have racks on the MRT trains to airport for people to keep luggage, why can’t we do the same?

In other countries they put luggage on top of the bus
