SINGAPORE - A lieutenant-colonel from the Republic of Singapore Air Force, who is also a helicopter pilot, allegedly trespassed into a dormitory at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and molested a woman.
Neo Aik Chiao, 45, who had flown helicopters including a Chinook, is accused of committing the offences at around 2am on Nov 13.

You do not know what he is going through.
He may be suffering some form of mental illness.
No one of sound mind and such standing would do that voluntarily.
Give him the benefit of doubt till proven guilty.

A lot of them no brainer, no feeling of economy and sense of real world, their mind only take instruction from ground control to open fire.
