This was reported by the ATESH partisan movement operating in temporarily occupied Crimea, Ukrinform reports.

U.S. will run out of funding for Ukraine this month if Congress does not act to pass President Joe Biden’s emergency supplemental spending request has been stalled for weeks on Capitol Hill, a top U.S. official said Monday.

Ukraine's recent advancements in military capabilities, particularly in artillery, are evident. This is part of Ukraine’s initiative to update and strengthen its artillery in response to the decrease in the delivery of artillery systems to Ukraine from European allies and the United States.
Zelenski particularly noted a slowdown in the supplies of 155mm artillery shells. He mentioned that U.S. had not formally stated they would stop or decrease the flow of artillery shells to Ukraine, but rather there was a general scramble for stockpiles by everyone involved.

September 2022, Russia annexed parts of Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts in Ukraine, in a move not recognized by the international community.
As part of its new plan, Russia plans to occupy the entirety of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, and to advance to the Oskil River in Kharkiv oblast by the end of 2024, Bild reported, citing unspecified intelligence.

Ukrainian forces wipe Russian tanks, armored vehicles in Tavria sector. Ukrainian forces in Tavria sector destroyed four Russian tanks, a self-propelled 2S5 Hyacinth-S gun, and 13 armored personnel carriers, including a BTR-82, Tavria operational group commander Brig. Gen. Oleksandr Tarnavskyi said. Telegram on Dec. 20.
The overall Russian losses in manpower in this sector reached 461 people, he said.
Russian army carried out five airstrikes, engaged in 60 clashes, & executed 981 artillery strikes in Tavria operational group zone on the previous day, the commander reported.
Defense Minister Rustem Umerov previously stated Ukrainian has successfully penetrated two of three Russian defensive lines, he emphasizing Ukraine has a new plan in place for 2024.

Armenia has been ordering more weapons, turning to France and India for air-defense systems. Armenia is a longtime ally of Russia, but it has leaned away from Moscow in recent years. With its focus on Ukraine, Russia has offered Armenia little help in its conflicts with Azerbaijan.
