i can eat bananas whole day long on days iam lazy to go out.
and i choose those that turn black or have black spots. They have a good substance forget the name.

Those black dots will hint you
I am natural ripe, not fast growing done by human activity.The best part of the banana is actually the thin yellow long strip. Normally most ppl will throw them away after peeling off from the banana skin.

Just like 冬虫草， the black part at the end of it is the best. Some ppl will cut it away and dump it into bin thought it is rotten.

I was not the one who say its the banana that caused problems...it was conclusion by doctor.

Think iz a blood sugar issue [bananas beri high in sugar] or the crystal btwn your ear shifted. Can cause your vision to spin.
Did your exercise involve alot of head movements?
