It is bad practice to bomb a country's nuclear power plant, cos if the nuclear plant is destroyed, radiation from the plant will poison much of the land, including adjacent land mass.....

Ukraine hid weapons inside nuclear power plant hence was targeted. It is same as sheltering in hospital and school leading to targeting. Back then Indon Marawi previously they hide in mosque also. Such tactics have been around since many years ago.
