My guess of what happened is like this.

1. Woman knock on door or ring door bell for very long but nobody open. She needs something urgently.

2. She suspect person is in house but asleep in bed room. After ringing door bell for say 1hr she got frustrated.

3. She climbs to ledge to go to bed room window so she can wake person to open door or pull her up through window.

So how did she get to the ledge since door is locked and no one opens it? The rest of windows belongs to neighbors or the neighbor let her in climb down their ledge and go across?

you go visit yr friend and he she dont answer, is it so easy to access a ledge from outside the front door.... specially based on the photo photos of the this building?

I believe she is neighbor. She accessed the ledge by climbing out of the neighboring unit and made her way to the window of other unit.

Like I said I am.only guessing....how else did she get there ? Fly?

Maybe she was inside house n the other room where David was in ..locked and no response

many others were around gawking, taking video/photos

there was a grabfood delivery guy on bicycle who

appeared after i called police

said he was next to me at traffic lights and he needed to go deliver food first then he came back to the scene to see if anyone called police or not..
