From summary, it revealed Denmark will make available six F-16 Block 10, thirteen F-16 Block 15 aircraft, additional engines, & equipment valued at USD 87.5 million worth noting Danish not only one of the promoters of initiative to provide F-16s to Ukraine but also one of the few countries training pilots and technical personnel.
Regarding Danish F-16s, the Argentina Defense Ministers & Nordic country recently signed a letter of intent to purchase 24 F-16A/B MLU aircraft, an acquisition process is expected to be formalized in coming weeks with signing of a contract. Royal Danish Air Force upgraded a total of 61 F-16A/B aircraft to MLU standard, reducing to about 44 aircraft a few years ago & is replaced by 5th next F-35A Lightning II fighters.
For Norway, transfer is up to 22 F-16 Block 10/15 aircraft, engines, equipment, test benches, tools, maintenance materials, simulators, spare parts, manuals, & technical doc's, among others, original value is about USD 1.326 bil has made available with a couple of F-16s for training Ukrainian crews, for forming a core group of instructors to support the Danish effort.
Finally, Dutch discussing, mentions 24 F-16 Block 10/15 aircraft as similar supplementary materials to Norway. So Dutch initiative involved transfer 18 fighters number would be expanded after decision to cancel sale of 6-aircraft to company name Draken.
Netherlands been another major proponent of the project to deliver F-16 fighters to the Ukrainian Air Force. In early mths, the Dutch was willing to transfer its F-16s to 3rd parties in order to release combat aircraft of Soviet origin, initiative did not come to life, a first step for the project of the previously mentioned European countries.
It's necessary to remember the idea of transferring F-16s to Ukraine did't have approval from U.S.A., Washington, It was plan that matured over time till it received green light, US has only committed to training Ukrainian personnel, leaving aside any intention related to the delivery of aircraft.

Russian Federation announced the transition to the production of gunpowder from its own raw materials. Production of ammunition is trying to localize production of artillery gunpowder from its own raw materials to get rid of dependence on foreign supplies. Bekkhan Ozdoev, Industrial Director gor Weapons, Ammunition and Special Chemicals of Rostec State Corporation announced this. Ozdoev said that last year, the corporation’s enterprises had begun commercial production of gunpowder from alternative raw materials, such as wood and flax pulp.
