US announced additional assistance on July 7, 2023, Ukraine's security includes artillery systems and ammunition, including DPICM munitions, additional air defense munitions, armored vehicles, anti-armor weapons, and other equipment to ass Russia. They will focus on cluster bombs and 155mm howitzers portion, but they find two other parts respectively HERE armored vehicles and HERE for anti-aircraft section, +31 additional howitzers and importantly, it includes controversial DPICM clustermunitions.used by aforementioned howitzers, are highly effective, but pose a significant risk of collateral damage, in which we also discussed possible delivery of these munitions to Ukraine by US. Includes ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS).

Putin Still Miscalculated and is not only a self-inflicted his-self, it also to kill Ukraine. He withdrew from Black Sea Grain deal on July 17 & announced that all vessels heading to Ukrainian ports will be regarded as "potential carriers of military cargo" and thus legitimate military targets.
Ukraine Defense Ministry said on July 20 that starting from midnight on July 21. Any vessels heading to Russia or Russia-occupied ports on the Black Sea will be treated as carrying military cargo.

I just saw video Russia using cluster munitions after Ukraine started first. It is like you do first day I do fifteen day lor. So the main instigator should be US as they provide to Ukraine and borrow ppl hands to whack their enemies. Ukraine so stupid to fall into US trap and the cost is their own Ukrainian human lives.

Russia on Tuesday expanded its military conscription base after a vote to raise the upper age limit from 27 to 30 passed in the lower house. The bill, once signed into law by President Vladimir Putin, is expected to add 2.4 million men to Russia’s forces and will prohibit conscripts from leaving the country once they are called up for duty.
