There is no check and balance, because the ruling party has been having freehand in spending for the past 10 over years. With many infrastructure such as the lack of maintenance MRT system, that resulted our government having to pay for the repairs and replacement in the past few years.
The other transportations system which our government has paid for upgrades and acquiring new buses, etc.
These are the things that we heard report about, what about those that were not reported?
The best part of it is the board of directors of these transportation companies continue to draw their remunerations and the profit sharing, while the people pay for the repairs and upgrades due to their incompetence.

Is just like a spoil child keep asking for money but don’t know where the money given had gone to? They should ask themselves their salaries can cut or not? The citizens also suffering with pay cut and no bonuses.

We will not be bankrupt so soon, cos there are many sources of income to the garment, such as COE, corporate taxes, GST, personal income tax, property tax, stamp duty fees and FW levy etc.........

How can SG be bankrupt?
Our reserves are over $1 trillion, maybe $2 trillions. Market induces at record highs, go figure.
Gahmen just want to suck more money to put back into reserves.
