If true, time for class action from pfizer shareholders against pfizer..

That's the good thing in US, anything that act against the interest of shareholder, shareholder can sue..

If it is true and resulted in drastic drop in share price, shareholder definitely can sue.. In fact, lawyers will be happy to help you sue because they take a cut from the payout.
