Over time, Temasek should consider importing " cow dung " from India as clean energy to replace ExxonMobil and Shell oil refinery.

You cant replace it overnight.
Need to have a feasible plan and a cheap replacement energy.
Otherwise stop issuing COEs for individual who buy fuel car. Educate the individual public take bus/mrt to save planet Earth. Must sacrifice the personal comfort. No pain no gain. We need to change our lifestyle.

It's computer based on carbon credits meaning you can substitute and green elsewhere to level it to a zero target...
