there is this village where a hooligan live.
there was a beautigul pond in this village where everyone uses happily, fishing, swimming, boating in this beautiful pond.
then this hooligan started a chemical venture. there were some harmful, not useful by-product. hooligan at first keep this in drums. but over time the volume build up.
hooligan then decide to pour this harmful by-product into the pond. villagers come to know of it and object violently. hooligan then get industry expert from from the chemical venture to tell the villagers that the by-product is small in qty compared to pond water. so ok ok to pollute the water. over 100 years it will be gone.
and if they add more water to the harmful by-product before pouring into pond it is ok ok.
villagers no stupid also. you throw 1 kg shit into water and add water into 1 kg shit then pour into pond no different. still 1 kg shit.
but hooligan still go ahead and pour harmful by-product into pond.
villagers then scoulded the hooligan for his wrong act. if everyone pour a little bit of harmful thing into the pond soon the pond also cannot take it and will not be useful anymore.
the hooligan then protest and tell the villagers that their scoulding is disturbing his normal work.
what a hooligan. he do wrong first refuse to act correctly and still warn people . really hooligan
just a story. any similarity in life is just conincident.
the final outcome other villagers carry all their shits and throw into the hooligan house together. eventually throwing the hooligan out of the village.

Something someone finds it funny. Why those international bodies don't collect their own samples from that area rather than relying on the Japanese-provided samples and tests? Their reports will always say they came to the conclusion based on the Japanese-supplied details. There is only one country, South Korea, allowed to be involved.

But mighty Singapore say just wait monitor. A Ukraine war or China in South China Sea, SG very fast to take action. But the fish and seafood actually has even more spillover and multiplier effect on SG...
