When I was in South Africa in 2019, I saw quite a no. of China banks. One of them is ICBC.

Yes China invest a lot in Africa. US is go ppl place setup war whereas China go ppl place improve their economy.

Illegal squatting was suggested. It's an evacuated building in a deprived area so I guess homeless people will squat there.
