Don Weng (John Wayne?) may be 23 years old and a regular in the navy, but I find his behaviour rather childish. How on earth did he expect to get away with what he did? Why did he need to gain the approval of other perverts so much that he tried to ruin the life of another person? I applaud the police for charging him for this offence; imagine the trauma that this 21-year-old girl had to go through.
