The foreigner stopped at the traffic light which was red at that time. However, the foreigner was carrying a female foreigner who was not wearing a helmet.

Jansen revealed that at that time the perpetrator intended to flee in his vehicle. However, Aiptu Puji Santoso intervened and asked the vehicle to pull over to have its documents checked.
